    Rate: $100+ per session.

    2. In-Gym Personal Training

    Why it’s beneficial:

    • Access to a wide variety of gym equipment.

    • The motivation of being in a dedicated fitness environment.

    • New for this year: Small group training sessions in a Bridgeport gym.

    Small Group Training:

    • Affordable buy-in rate: $30 per person for groups of 4-6 people.

    • Great for those who enjoy camaraderie and shared goals.

    Rate: $100+ per private session or $30 person for small group training

    3. Online Coaching

    Perfect for:

    • Self-starters who enjoy autonomy.

    • Individuals on a budget looking for professional guidance.

    • Those who want the flexibility to work out on their own schedule.

    • Affordable: $250 per month.

    • Includes access to an app with:

      • Customize-able exercise programs with tutorial videos

      • Progress tracking for weights, check-in photos, and habit milestones.

      • Messaging access to me on the daily for any questions

    • Weekly check-ins for accountability and adjustments based on your biofeedback.

    • Nutrition guidance as I pursue my holistic nutrition coaching certification.
