Jessica LeBoeuf is a passionate personal trainer and holistic health advocate based in Connecticut. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in psychology, Jessica initially pursued a career in the mental health field before realizing her true calling lay in helping others optimize their physical and emotional well-being. With over six years of experience in mental health and fitness, she transitioned to personal training full-time in 2017 and quickly grew her business.


Jessica is deeply committed to the idea that health is about more than just aesthetics. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness that integrates the body, mind, and spirit. Her focus is on helping clients not only improve their physical fitness but also boost their energy, mental clarity, and overall vitality. This philosophy is the foundation of her upcoming Holistic Nutrition Consulting services, which will emphasize feeling good overlooking good, with a focus on nourishing foods that fuel energy and enhance well-being.


In addition to her work as a personal trainer, Jessica is passionate about exploring alternative health practices. She enjoys attending breathwork classes, sound baths, and other holistic events that deepen her connection to herself and others. As part of her ongoing journey, Jessica is also preparing to offer breathwork classes designed to help individuals reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and cultivate emotional balance through guided breathing techniques.


Outside of work, Jessica loves hiking, spending time at the beach, and traveling. She is always looking for new experiences that nourish her soul and inspire personal growth. Above all, Jessica is dedicated to empowering others to take charge of their health, feel their best, and live a life full of vitality and purpose.
